Requirements

• A Heart for Advocacy: You lead with empathy and a "people-first" mindset.
• A Creative Spark: You love designing activities that turn a normal day into an adventure.
• Bachelor’s degree (any field), OR Associate’s degree + 1 year of experience, OR HS Diploma/GED + 2 years of relevant life/work experience.
• Valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and a clean background check.
