The Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Program provides weekly, intensive home-based services to children aged 3 to 12 who are diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and have significant developmental delays or behavioral concerns. Home-Based ABA team members deliver specialized, intensive direct support services to children living at home. Collaborating with a licensed healthcare professional and family members, services are provided in the home and community, focusing on developing social skills, communication, and positive behaviors in age-appropriate settings. Seven Hills Rhode Island, an affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation offers opportunities for individuals with extensive experience in direct support, as well as for college students, paraprofessionals, teachers, and anyone seeking part-time employment, including stay-at-home parents. This is an excellent part-time opportunity for CNAs, DSPs, childcare workers, daycare teachers, and residential counselors.
