The Group Behavior Consultant (BC) - Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) works under the supervision of the IBHS Program Director and the BCBA Clinical Director. This role is responsible for maintaining the clinical integrity of the group ABA program for children ages 3-6. The Group BC-ABA models interventions, provides feedback to BHTs during sessions, and oversees consultation, assessment, observation, treatment planning, data collection, and analysis of target behaviors. Each child receives a comprehensive assessment, including Skill-Based Competency Assessments, followed by the development and implementation of an Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP) created with the child and family, emphasizing strengths and identifying areas for growth. The Group BC-ABA also supervises BHT-ABAs on their caseload and participates in all assigned meetings and supervisions.
