BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join the team in and around Columbia and Montour County, PA! BAYADA’s special needs aides - DSPs - work 1:1 in home and community settings as a companion and mentor. Requirements

  • One year experience working or volunteering with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming, hygiene)
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking and cleaning
  • Accompany clients on errands, appointments, and community integration activities
  • Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies
