About The Position

Join Parc Center for Disabilities as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at our ADT program. We offer flexible hours—tell us what you can work, and we will do our best to match you with a schedule that fits within our daytime program hours of Monday through Friday, 7:30AM to 3:30PM! What You’ll Do As a DSP, you will be a consistent, reliable presence for the individuals we support. You will help guide daily skill-building, promote independence, and support safe and enriching community participation. In this role, you will: • Support individuals with daily living, social, communication, and community engagement goals • Follow each individual’s support plan with accuracy and accountability • Document progress, data, and observations clearly and on time • Ensure safety and supervision at all times, including during outings and transportation • Identify and report changes in physical, medical, or behavioral status • Encourage positive interactions and model appropriate behavior • Maintain clean, safe program environments and vehicles You will be part of a team that values professionalism, reliability, and high standards of care.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to follow structured support plans and document thoroughly
  • A valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • The physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility needs
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, active environment with changing needs throughout the day
