About The Position

ETTA's Supported Living Services (SLS) Department is Seeking On-Call Direct Support Professional (DSP) for Young Adult Woman Seeking staff who would be committed and skilled at guiding client to make progress with her personal growth and independence in life. The ideal applicant is friendly, fun-loving and personable, with positive energy and enthusiasm. Client enjoys getting out in the community and engaging staff and others in lively conversation. This position requires some minor assistance with basic personal hygiene (but DOES NOT require more personal hands-on care, such as showering, dressing, toileting assistance). Requirements

Some professional or personal experience supporting individuals with special needs.
Applicants for the Direct Support Professional (DSP) position must: (1) Be at least 21 years of age; (2) Have a valid driver license for a minimum of three years (with a relatively clean driving record); (3) Have an insured vehicle and be willing to drive with your client (mileage reimbursement provided).
Must have fairly open and flexible availability in order to provide as much coverage as possible for any shift that has a need as it arises.

Experience with behaviors is a plus but not required.
