Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Help with meals, routines, and light housekeeping
- Support mobility needs (including transfers if needed)
- Transport clients to appointments and activities
- Provide medication reminders (per care plan)
- Monitor well-being and report updates
- Follow individualized care plans
