As a DSP II, you will: Your Role: Direct Support Professional (DSP II) Support individuals with daily living activities (hygiene, grooming, dressing, meals). Encourage and participate in activities like walking, reading, games, and skill-building. Promote independence, socialization, and personal growth. Implement skills-training plans (adaptive, social, functional & community integration). Collect behavioral data and observe daily progress. Work with clinical consultants to create engaging home and community activities. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
DSP I & DSP II certification (for DSP role)
Current RBT certification (for RBT role)
PCM or approved crisis-intervention certification
At least 2 years of experience with adults with developmental disabilities
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Standing, sitting, bending, walking, and occasional driving
Indoor residential/office environment with occasional outdoor activities

Nice To Haves

ABA knowledge and ability to create task analysis preferred

Responsibilities
