About The Position

We are seeking Direct Support Associates to join our program and help individuals thrive in their communities. In this role, you will work alongside adults with diverse abilities and needs, supporting them as they engage in meaningful, integrative activities that promote independence. You will gain hands-on experience by assisting individuals during vocational tasks, cooking classes, yoga sessions, and other community-based activities. Your responsibilities will vary from providing supervision to offering hand-over-hand assistance, ensuring each person receives the support they need to succeed. This role is suitable for individuals with experience as a Direct Support Professional, Caregiver, or Support Counselor, or those eager to begin a rewarding career in Human Services.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Automobile insurance
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities
