About The Position

We’re looking for compassionate and dedicated Residential Direct Support Associates to join our Community-Based Services team, supporting adults with developmental disabilities and complex medical needs in our residential homes. Schedule: Part time and per diem schedules available; Must be willing to work 1 weekend shift per week. Part time 24 hours a week Thursday 7a-3p Friday 7a-3p Saturday 7a-3p We offer various scheduling options. Let us know what works best for you! Pay: $22.62/hour If you have experience in Human Services as a Direct Support Professional, Residential Counselor or Behavior Technician, this role is for you! Your growth matters to us! Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience providing direct support or direct care (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living such as personal care and medication administration
  • Assisting with lifting, transferring, and mobility support
  • Support and assist with household tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
  • Accompany individuals on outings such as daily activities, appointments, and community events
  • Follow each individuals care plan
  • All staff will undergo training in conflict resolution and behavioral health safety
  • Complete required daily documentation on a computer or tablet
  • Other duties as needed or assigned
