The Direct Sales Representative acts as the main point of contact to promote and sell Francis Ford Coppola wines. This person will establish relationships with customers to drive direct sales through outbound email and calling efforts. Identifies and maintains strategic partnerships with corporate customers to increase direct sales and acquire new customers, becomming a personal “Wine Concierge” for all customer service opportunities, including sales, reservations, shipping issues or other inquiries.
