Clark Energies is seeking a high-character, career-oriented leader to fill the role of Direct Sales Manager. This position is designed for a proven professional who leads by example, develops strong managers, and executes within a structured, high-performance organization. You will oversee managers and their respective teams within your assigned market. You will be responsible for teaching, reinforcing, and executing Clark Energies’ established operational structure. Our systems are proven, refined, and scalable. While we welcome thoughtful innovation, this role is not about reinventing processes—it is about mastering our structure and leading others to do the same. At the beginning of our training program, you will learn the fundamentals of the renewable energy industry while becoming familiar with our operational structure. You will then receive in-depth training on the structure, culture, and leadership standards of Clark Energies. You will receive substantial executive support, operational resources, and the backing of an existing management team.
