Job Description The Direct Sales Agent Lead Senior Consultant is responsible for customer satisfaction, profitable growth, and the attainment of sales goals in an associated market area. This role is responsible for growing and retaining the current customer base by implementing new business and marketing strategies. This role will also market daily to business partners to build presence in the marketplace and increase new business growth.

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Nice To Haves

  • 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
  • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in development and implementation of new outbound call scripting
  • Drive outbound dials, generate leads, suppress inbound calls
  • Lead, coach and develop team members across multiple stores
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Analyze and report progress and ongoing metrics to all levels of management
  • Identify training needs and work with training teams to maximize performance
  • Recruit, interview and make new hire recommendations
  • Communicate openly and directly with team members
  • Counsel employees on performance and attitude, and execute performance management policies and procedures
  • Promote a positive work environment that provides a strong sales client satisfaction focus, with clear accountability
