We are looking for a Direct Repair Production Coordinator who can bring organization, urgency, and strong communication skills to our Direct Repair Program. In this role, you will help coordinate roofing projects from intake through completion while working closely with insurance partners, field teams, and branch leadership. Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable coordinating multiple projects at once
  • A strong communicator who enjoys working across teams
  • Solution-oriented and able to solve problems quickly
  • Someone who takes ownership and follows through

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in operations coordination, project management, or customer service is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination Monitor roofing repair projects to ensure they stay on schedule and within scope
  • Coordinate project timelines between field teams, branches, and insurance partners
  • Help resolve operational issues that could delay project completion
  • Operations & Team Support Assist branch teams with scheduling, coordination, and operational support
  • Track project milestones and ensure smooth transitions between departments
  • Confirm project payments and support timely collections
  • Customer & Insurance Partner Communication Serve as a key point of contact for Managed Repair Partners (MRPs), adjusters, and internal teams
  • Respond quickly to questions and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Ensure customers and partners receive consistent updates throughout the project lifecycle
  • Program Administration & Reporting Maintain accurate documentation of projects and communications
  • Track program metrics and report on performance and opportunities for improvement
  • Support continuous improvements to processes and workflows
