About The Position

Renewal by Andersen of Western WA is seeking driven, energetic, and outgoing Direct Marketing Associates to join their rapidly growing team. In this dynamic entry-level sales role, you will represent the brand by engaging with homeowners, sparking meaningful conversations, and generating high-quality leads through canvassing local neighborhoods. You will help customers visualize how Renewal by Andersen’s windows and doors can enhance their homes. The position offers uncapped commissions in addition to an hourly base, with most team members averaging $29-$34 an hour and top performers exceeding $100,000 a year. A 90-day training program is provided, after which associates are eligible for advancement to a Direct Marketing Specialist role with increased earning potential and schedule flexibility.
