You’ll help customers envision how Renewal by Andersen’s industry-leading windows and doors can elevate their homes. And here’s the best part: Uncapped commissions + hourly base Most team members average $25- $30 an hour Top Performers average $35 - $40 per hour Top performers exceed $100,000 a year! We fuel your success with a 90-day training program—and once you master the fundamentals, you’ll be eligible to advance into a Direct Marketing Specialist role with even more earning potential and schedule flexibility. Schedule 40 hours weekly Mon–Fri: 11AM – 7:30 PM

Requirements

Valid driver’s license + insurable driving record
