Requirements

• Hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient personality
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Passion for helping individuals live safely and comfortably at home

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Safely using a Hoyer lift to support client transfers (required skill)
• Providing companionship, encouragement, and a positive presence
• Working closely with a team of caregivers and coordinators who support you 24/7
• Helping clients maintain independence and dignity in the comfort of their homes
