Direct Care Worker
About The Position
We have an immediate opening for a dedicated caregiver to work with a specific client in Lansdale, PA and surrounding areas. If you are reliable, compassionate, and looking for consistent hours with great pay — this position is for you. COMPENSATION & PERKS $16.00 per hour $5.00 extra pay for each day you work with this client Mileage reimbursement every time you drive for client errands Exclusive employee discounts on products and services Extra daily pay and mileage reimbursement apply to caregivers who drive their own vehicle. Requirements
- Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
- Reliable, patient, and genuinely eager to help others
- Must be able to pass a background check and provide required employment documents
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to your client daily
- Assist with personal care, grooming, mobility, and meal preparation
- Perform light housekeeping to keep the home safe and comfortable
- Follow the client's individualized care plan and report any changes to our office team
