DIRECT CARE POSITION - WRIGHT STREET HOME - CADILLAC (Residential Care Aide) Located in Cadillac Paid training PTO Benefits Holiday Pay Starting wage: $17.13/ hour Full and part time positions Northern Lakes Community Mental Health Authority (NLCMHA) is a 300-employee organization that serves people who live with intellectual/developmental disabilities, serious mental illness, and substance use disorders from six counties: Crawford, Grand Traverse, Leelanau, Missaukee, Roscommon, and Wexford. Among many other community mental health services, NLCMHA also directly operates 6 licensed specialized residential homes and a small group of supervised independent living apartments utilizing a team of up to seventy full and part time employees. We have homes located in Crawford, Roscommon, and Wexford counties. This Residential Care Aid position would be serving residents in one of those residential homes. Requirements
- At least 18-years old
- MI driver’s license (unrestricted)
- HS Diploma or GED
- Pass a Physical Exam including lift test
- Pass criminal background check
- Negative TB test
