About The Position

Lead Direct Care Staff will provide spiritual leadership and encouragement to residents while also continually supervising students. The role involves supervising at night and assisting students (ages 12yrs to 17yrs) with recreational activities, devotions, education, and TC Curriculum when applicable. A minimum age requirement of 21 years old applies. This is a full-time position with an option for on-campus live-in.

Requirements

• She shall be a person of spiritual maturity, amiable to the Assemblies of God doctrine, and in full agreement with the ATCOT mission statement
• Complete the Effective Biblical Counseling course or an equivalent course
• Knowledge of Christian discipleship and mentor relationships
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ideally credentialed as a minister or pursuing credentials in the AG or doctrinally similar fellowship
• 30 hours of training in childcare or related field (Provided by THRIVE annual in-service)
• Maintain First Aid and CPR certification (Certification training provided by THRIVE)
• A background check and pastoral reference is required
• Minimum age requirement is 21yrs old

Nice To Haves

• College degree or work experience equivalence
• At least 1 year full time ministry experience
• A good driving record
