Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or 10+ years of experience comparable to a degree
• Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring engineering teams
• Outstanding ability to develop and implement technical strategies that drive business growth
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to work effectively with diverse teams
