Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Five plus years of experience as an operational leader in a healthcare-related role is required.
• Proven track record of success and expertise in organic growth and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Manages the development, growth, and daily operations of ABA services within assigned regional markets. Evaluates and identifies growth opportunities within the region to expand services and strengthen organizational presence. Ensures compliance with all contractual obligations, including timelines and service delivery standards.
• Business Development and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborates with Business Development and Marketing teams to establish and maintain referral pipelines. Builds relationships with school districts to secure required documentation for school-based services. Serves as a liaison between the organization, payers, patients, and community partners.
• Team and Culture Development: Cultivates a culture of success and growth that promotes employee satisfaction, retention, and morale. Directs recruitment efforts, ensuring alignment with company values and program branding. Provides coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for staff.
• Operational Excellence: Oversees patient intake, onboarding, and case management processes to ensure seamless service delivery. Audits session notes, schedules, and authorizations to maintain treatment fidelity and compliance. Monitors and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team performance and patient satisfaction.
• Collaboration and Communication: Partners with the Clinical Director and Director of Clinical Development to coordinate employee training and professional growth initiatives. Maintains clear and consistent communication with the Senior VP of Pediatrics regarding strategies, budgets, and financial performance.
• Travels as required to assigned markets to support business development, recruitment, and operational activities.
• Performs additional duties as needed to enhance quality, growth, and operational performance.
