Requirements
- Active RN or BSN license in Texas and current CPR Certification
- 5+ years of nursing experience in home healthcare
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in as a Direcor of Nursing or 2+ years leadership experience as Direcor of Nursing or similar clinical management role
- Strong understanding of state and federal home health regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
