About The Position

The Director of Nursing is responsible for Mission and Values implementation, operational leadership and direction of assigned departments. Is responsible for assigned services for performance planning and improvement; clinical quality; fiscal and service results; and patient, customer, and employee satisfaction.

Requirements

High School Graduate
Bachelor Degree Nursing
Master Degree Nursing
5 or more years of supervisory and management experience
Basic Life Support Heartsaver (BLS HS) (Non-Clinical) - American Heart Association (AHA)
Licensed Registered Nurse (LRN) - Single State - State Board of Nursing

Responsibilities
