JOB PURPOSE: The Director of Inside Commercial & Customer Relations – Urology, provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Inside Sales and Customer Relations functions. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, elevating customer experience, and building scalable commercial capabilities. The Director partners closely with the Senior Vice President of Urology and cross-functional teams to execute business strategies, strengthen competitive positioning, and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. This leader also contributes to digital marketing initiatives and campaign execution to support new business acquisition and customer retention. The pay range for this position is $95,680-$131,560 salary. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
