Your Impact The primary purpose of this role is to serve as a strategic director of labor relations supporting Lowe’s operations and corporate functions. The Director Labor Relations influences and facilitates the organization's labor relations strategy, recommends best practices, and provides advice for improving associate engagement. This role must have knowledge of employment and labor laws, government regulations, and agency rules to make informed decisions. This role designs and implements processes to identify and resolve issues quickly, improving associate engagement and mitigating the risk of future disruption. It also develops and delivers ongoing training for HR and people leaders. This position leads a team of Lowe’s LR Consultants and primarily supports partners in Lowe’s North Division.
