Position Summary: The Human Resources Director is responsible for executing Human Resource activities for all functional areas, (e.g., recruitment, employee relations, compensation, compliance, etc.) and serves as a professional resource for facility management on all HR-related activities. This position serves as a strategic partner and key member of hospital leadership and may serve as Administrator On-Call (AOC) as assigned, including completing rounding on patient units and throughout the facility.
