About The Position

The position will manage the day-to-day administration of the ACGME residency/ fellowship training program. The role includes designing curricular rotations, tracking program expenses, troubleshooting residency issues and evaluating and enhancing the program. In conjunction with the Program Director, the GME Director will ensure compliance with ACGME policies. The role manages the program coordinator, resident/fellows, collaborates with departments and faculty to develop course, academic and research programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related area required.
  • Experience with developing and implementing program ideas into successful academic programs.
  • Experience and understanding of ACGME, NRMP, ERAS, ABFM.
  • Experience with New Innovations and ACGME webADs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including written and verbal, problem solving, diplomatically handling problems of a sensitive and/or confidential nature.
  • Superior organizational skills.
  • Three (3) years of experience in an ACGME accredited program required.
  • Five (5) years of experience preferred.
