Your Opportunity, Your Team Reporting to the Vice President of Operations Strategy & Technical Services, the Director of Forecasting & Business Planning Analyst has the authority to develop new business strategies and processes. They will be expected to challenge existing assumptions and strategies of the organization. This role will be a key resource for developing reporting and analysis needed to support decision-making throughout the organization and is the "gatekeeper" for all performance metric logic and report presentation/results. The individual in this position will be responsible for developing and communicating vision, outlining objectives and providing regular direction to the planning and analysts organization. Where You'll Work This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our West Chester, PA corporate office several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ, DE. Relocation assistance is available for this role.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years operations planning and analysis experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years people leadership experience.
  • Undergraduate degree required (Bachelor Degree in Business, Logistics, Mathematics or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Knowledge of operating or supporting various supply chain functions including Fulfillment, Planning, and Analytics.
  • Proven track record of thought leadership and innovation in the Operations and Supply Chain arena.
  • Demonstrated leadership driving change through the implementation of Analytics, Forecasting, or Network Allocations and Product Flow Strategy for a leading brand or retailer.
  • Demonstrated success in formulating strategy and guiding implementation.
  • Strong belief and experience in data-driven decision making.
  • Demonstrated experience bringing large scale change opportunities to life through storytelling, fact-based orientation, and using advanced analytics to inform complex decision making.
  • Strong understanding of network strategy tools, methods and modelling.
  • Experience working with network design software (e.g. Llamasoft) or designing internal optimization tools for network trade-offs.
  • Drive long-term planning and short-term execution influencing all levels of the organization to ensure competitiveness in the retail landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global Planning & Analytics for Supply Chain and US Operations, covering Vendor Performance, Compliance, Quality, Factory Management, Transportation, Inventory, Order Management, Fulfillment, Reverse Logistics, and Contact Centers.
  • Shape the strategic roadmap for Fulfillment Network Strategy, including long-term modeling, investment timing, and financial business cases to exceed customer and financial goals.
  • Oversee Strategic Operations Planning & Analytics, driving initiatives in system design, analytics, inventory allocation, capacity planning, productivity, and facility transitions.
  • Direct Operations Planning for Call Centers and Fulfillment Network, including peak season strategies, performance measurement, and regular partner updates.
  • Champion process optimization across value streams, focusing on elimination, automation, and transformation for efficiency and cost savings.
  • Serve as the primary liaison to align Operations strategy with business, brand, and divisional needs.
  • Develop an Analytics & Data Science roadmap with Operations & Engineering leaders, establishing reporting from daily operations to executive level.
  • Provide thought leadership and mentorship, set and review goals, address development needs, and create effective growth plans for the team.
