The Dip Operator is responsible for the execution of the entirety of the dip process. This includes dip tank and dryer operation, part movement/staging and completion of required paperwork. Essential Functions: Follow written procedures to manufacture quality ceramic cores operating Dip Machines. Produce quantities within set standards of each part number, identify core defects and maintain accurate records (routers, CQCS, etc) Operate dip tanks Test dip tanks to procedure standards Load ceramics cores into racks Load racks into dip tanks/dryers belts Safely operator belt dryer Move product throughout the plant per router Complete all required documentation accurately Meet department productivity and yield standards Must follow and adhere to all safety procedures. Maintain department standards for housekeeping/6S Other duties as assigned by supervision
