About The Position

The Dining Supervisor for Campus Concessions is responsible for overseeing daily operations across multiple high-traffic event venues on campus. These include the Gene Polisseni Center, Gordon Field House, Judson Stadium, the Dave and Nancy Munson Amphitheater, and all food truck-related events hosted at RIT. This role ensures exceptional food quality and customer service by coordinating closely with student staff, fellow supervisors and managers, and external vendors. The supervisor plays a key role in maintaining operational excellence, supporting event logistics, and fostering a positive guest experience at all concession locations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of catering or restaurant experience
  • 1-3 years in a supervisory position
  • Ability to work in a team orientated environment and work independently as needed
  • Ability to multi task and work well in a high pressure environment
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without a VISA sponsorship.
