Server II team members support meal service, maintain dining room standards, and ensure a safe, clean, and customer-focused environment.

Requirements

  • No prior experience required
  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service
  • Demonstrates respect, integrity, compassion, and excellence
  • Commitment to person-centered care
  • Ability to work well with others and maintain positive relationships

  • High school education or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Create an enjoyable dining experience for residents and guests
  • Follow established style, sequence, and order of service in dining rooms and at special events
  • Complete assigned pre-service and post-service side work
  • Follow all safety and sanitation rules and procedures
  • Maintain strong communication and rapport with residents and coworkers
  • Follow instructions and work collaboratively with the dining team
  • Report any issues or concerns to the Supervisor or Manager
  • Adhere to appearance, uniform, and work performance standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and neat work environment
  • Demonstrate knowledge of fire safety procedures
  • Assist with evacuations in emergency situations as needed
  • Protect the confidentiality of resident information
  • Cooperate with other departments to support overall operations
  • Abide by the organization’s code of conduct
  • Perform other duties as assigned
