Server II team members support meal service, maintain dining room standards, and ensure a safe, clean, and customer-focused environment.

Requirements

No prior experience required
Must be at least 16 years of age
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
Ability to provide outstanding customer service
Demonstrates respect, integrity, compassion, and excellence
Commitment to person-centered care
Ability to work well with others and maintain positive relationships

High school education or equivalent

Responsibilities

Create an enjoyable dining experience for residents and guests
Follow established style, sequence, and order of service in dining rooms and at special events
Complete assigned pre-service and post-service side work
Follow all safety and sanitation rules and procedures
Maintain strong communication and rapport with residents and coworkers
Follow instructions and work collaboratively with the dining team
Report any issues or concerns to the Supervisor or Manager
Adhere to appearance, uniform, and work performance standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and neat work environment
Demonstrate knowledge of fire safety procedures
Assist with evacuations in emergency situations as needed
Protect the confidentiality of resident information
Cooperate with other departments to support overall operations
Abide by the organization’s code of conduct
Perform other duties as assigned
