Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a supervisor within healthcare operations.
  • Maryland State Food Handlers Certificate or willing to obtain within three (3) months of hire.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Assists Dining Manager with interviewing and coaching of front of house staff.
  • Attends pre-meal meetings and conducts ongoing staff training.
  • Ensures dining room operations are running smoothly.
  • Makes adjustments to resolve operating challenges.
  • Provides and ensures exceptional customer service to residents and responds timely to requests made.
