Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of high-end restaurant, country club, hotel, or luxury hospitality management experience
  • Demonstrated leadership presence and professional polish
  • Exceptional attention to detail and service choreography
  • Strong team development and coaching skills
  • A genuine appreciation for serving discerning residents with dignity and grace

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of a sophisticated, restaurant-style dining room
  • Establish and maintain elevated service standards
  • Train and mentor team members in luxury hospitality and white-glove service
  • Collaborate with culinary leadership to execute refined dining experiences
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with residents and their families
  • Ensure flawless execution of special events and private dining occasions
  • Maintain strict compliance with safety and sanitation standards
