About The Position

Intown Golf Club (IGC) is the premier private social club and lifestyle brand for people who appreciate the game of golf. IGC is currently seeking a Restaurant Manager to join the team, uphold the core values of IGC, and foster a culture of service excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a management role at a premier private golf club, hotel, or upscale/fine dining restaurant.
• Extremely high attention to detail.
• Proven track record of developing and managing a world-class F&B program.
• Must exemplify a history of service excellence.
• Must be extremely personable.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a P&L.
• Proven leadership skills.
• A desire for challenge and a talent for building high-performance teams.
• As a leader, always displays a professional and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee member and guest experience to ensure that service and quality of product are consistently delivered at a world-class level
• Mentor and lead your team to meet sales and budget goals
• Grow business by focusing on execution and food quality
• Ensure all employees are happy, engaged, and provided every opportunity to develop professionally
