Objectives of this role Be able to provide accurate and timely information to members when taking reservations. Provide management with accurate and up to date floor plans, reservation notes, and any specific information that is vital to the members’ dining experience. Be knowledgeable about club policy with respect to reservations for a la carte dining, club events, dress code, parking, reciprocals, etc. Oversee restaurant “front doors “and ensure a seamless transition into the dining areas. Maintain a positive, safe, and clean workspace for the service team. Interact with members and build positive rapport. Learn and retain the names of the membership.
