ESSENTIAL CONTRIBUTIONS: Prepares dining room for guests by bussing, wiping down and setting tables. Wiping down chairs, and removing any debris from floor Monitor food distribution, ensuring that meals are delivered to the correct tables with the correct garnishments. Pre-bus when necessary (no dirty dishes should be left in front of guests) Clear bus tubs in dish pit, keeping organized for dishwasher. Place bus tubs back in server stations Clear out dish pit of clean dishes, stocking server stations, expo line and hotline as needed. Know your menu/establishment promotions. Stock expo line Maintain our high food safety and sanitation standards. Maintains a clean and sanitary bussing station. Full hands in and full hands out when exiting kitchen to dining room and vice versa. Calling out orders to kitchen staff when necessary and following up on orders falling behind. Be able to clearly communicate with servers, guests, kitchen staff and management. Special projects as assigned by Supervisor and Manager.
