About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Dining Operations Manager to lead and oversee dining services operations at the Palm Grill. This position is responsible for ensuring high-quality service, operational efficiency, and compliance with all regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on leadership, manage daily operations within budget, oversee staff performance and training, and foster strong communication across teams and departments. This role requires a service-driven professional with excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems. A degree in food management or a related field, along with proven experience managing a multi-outlet dining environment, is required, as is successful completion of the Florida Food Manager’s Examination.
