You’ll welcome residents and guests with genuine hospitality, creating an inviting first impression that sets the tone for their entire experience. Guide guests to their tables with confidence and care—balancing seating flow, honoring preferences, and ensuring every transition feels effortless. Support the dining room by keeping service areas beautifully organized, tables refreshed, and the environment consistently clean and welcoming. From running beverages to assisting with light bussing and carryout orders, you help maintain the rhythm of service and contribute to a seamless, highâquality dining experience. Administrative & FrontâofâHouse Coordination Be the calm, collected hub of communication at the host stand. You’ll manage reservations, walkâins, and waitlists with accuracy and warmth, ensuring every guest feels seen and supported. Maintain a thoughtfully organized host station—menus, seating charts, notes, and systems all flowing together to elevate efficiency. Your clear, proactive communication with servers, kitchen staff, and leadership helps keep operations running smoothly. You’ll also capture and share resident feedback, helping the team continuously improve the dining experience. Safety, Compliance & Team Support Support a safe, polished, and compliant dining environment. You’ll uphold sanitation, confidentiality, and safety standards, contributing to a space residents can trust. Whether stepping in during busy periods or helping execute special events, you’re an essential team player—flexible, reliable, and committed to creating a cohesive, hospitality-centered atmosphere.
