We are currently looking for a Dimensional Metrology & Analysis Engineer to join our dynamic, fast-paced, and growing team. The Dimensional Metrology & Analysis Engineer is responsible for supporting the construction of large-scale welded metal structures. This role joins the existing Accuracy Control team and is focused on leveraging advanced metrology tools, such as Spatial Analyzer (SA) and laser tracker systems, to validate measurement accuracy, interpret Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) datasets, and mitigate fabrication risks through documentation and statistical analysis. The position requires a strong understanding of fabrication processes, procedural sequences, and measurement methodologies. The Engineer is responsible for ensuring adherence to established processes and standards to maintain consistency, repeatability, and compliance throughout all build stages. The ideal candidate will validate SA model fit, interpret deviations, and use structured data to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions. This position bridges the gap between raw measurement data and strategic engineering decisions-supporting both in-process production and continuous improvement initiatives.
