Priority-1 focuses on Less Than Truckload (LTL), Truckload (TL) and Expedited services. Priority -1 is seeking to hire a Digital Pricing Specialist.

Responsibilities

Capable of identifying customer needs and maintaining a customer service philosophy.
Efficient by being able to multitask, problem solve, and prioritize workload.
Being Proactive on Calling on Customers to help the Win/Loss Ratio
Maintain Relationships with Sales and Agents to work together through being able to secure more truckloads.
Inpect load information and verify that all is correct to proceed with the loads.
Scheduling/Setting Appts with Shippers and Receivers
Keeping up with the Day-to-Day operations to make sure Loads are being worked on and followed up on.
Ability to use decision making skills to offer options and resolve problems.
