About The Position

As a digital transformation specialist, you know that implementing improved digital initiatives with effective process improvements is crucial for your client's future. As a digital transformation specialist on our team, you'll be trusted to transform, modernize, and create efficiency in the Intelligence Community by implementing experience design. Using defining technical requirements, you'll work closely with key stakeholders and other technical specialists to develop and contribute to transformative processes solutions. In this role, you'll directly impact national security by providing important data to translate business needs, processes, and procedures into a workable system. With opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we focus on growing and collaborating as a team to make the best solutions for our customers. Requirements

  • Experience with working in a team environment, including sharing information
  • Ability to collect and analyze data requirements
  • Ability to research data management policies, strategies, and industry solutions
  • Ability to quickly learn customer business processes and stakeholder needs
  • Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with gathering and writing business and software requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
  • The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD).
