A Day in the Life We are seeking a Digital Transformation Program Manager to join the Strategy & Transformation Team within the Enterprise Risk & Facilities organization. This team operates at the intersection of business strategy, operations, and enterprise transformation, serving as catalysts for Medtronic’s continued evolution in a dynamic environment. In this high-impact role, you will define the art of the possible for technology-enabled experiences and turn vision into reality. You will lead global strategic initiatives that reimagine how we leverage technology to deliver best-in-class end-user and patient experiences across our facilities. From shaping the roadmap to executing complex projects, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to drive measurable business outcomes. In-person exchanges are invaluable to our work.   • Define what the technology-enabled future looks like for Medtronic – outline a global, comprehensive technology transformation vision aligned with enterprise goals
  • Identify opportunities to enhance end-user experience through digital innovation, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and process optimization
  • Translate business needs into actionable technical solutions and guide cross-functional teams through execution
  • Lead end-to-end program delivery of technology and digital transformation initiatives
  • Leverage advanced analytics, automation, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate, Snowflake) to extract insights and inform decisions
  • Develop compelling executive-level presentations and storytelling that communicate strategic insights and recommendations
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience leading large-scale, global technology transformation initiatives OR Advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience leveraging AI to drive problem-solving, decision-making, and genuine efficiency gains
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on expertise working with large, complex data sets and proficiency in analytics and automation platforms (e.g., PowerBI, Power Automate, Snowflake, or similar)
  • Self-starter who excels at managing multiple priorities and driving projects to completion in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with a proven ability to present analytics and strategy to executive audiences
