A Day in the Life We are seeking a Digital Transformation Program Manager to join the Strategy & Transformation Team within the Enterprise Risk & Facilities organization. This team operates at the intersection of business strategy, operations, and enterprise transformation, serving as catalysts for Medtronic’s continued evolution in a dynamic environment. In this high-impact role, you will define the art of the possible for technology-enabled experiences and turn vision into reality. You will lead global strategic initiatives that reimagine how we leverage technology to deliver best-in-class end-user and patient experiences across our facilities. From shaping the roadmap to executing complex projects, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to drive measurable business outcomes.
