This role is vital in leading Digital Transformation initiatives that modernize processes, data, and tools. Your leadership will significantly impact both the efficiency and effectiveness of our partner's operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field with 10+ years of experience.
  • Ability to access U.S. export-controlled information.
  • Extensive experience in Business Systems, PLM/ERP technologies, and Digital Transformation.
  • Proven leadership in planning, budgeting, and executing complex transformation programs.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels in a decentralized culture.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple project timelines.
  • Culturally sensitive with high emotional intelligence and effective facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10-20%.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Digital Transformation strategy tailored to business needs.
  • Manage multiple transformation projects and pilots ensuring alignment with the strategy.
  • Oversee budgeting and team expenses, ensuring adherence to financial commitments.
  • Create and deploy change management strategies across engineering and impacted functions.
  • Prepare and present strategic updates and value propositions to executive leadership.
  • Represent business interests across aerospace and defense to promote process improvements.
  • Develop plans that balance near-term improvements with long-term modernization.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate the transformation roadmap effectively.
