About The Position

The Digital Transformation Analyst supports digital transformation by developing clear, effective communications and presentation materials, enabling stakeholder understanding, and assisting in change management and training efforts. This role ensures that transformation activities are well-communicated, aligned, and supported across teams and regions, driving engagement and adoption through consistent messaging and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, advertising, or related fields
  • 1-2 years of experience in communication, marketing
  • Proficiency in strong written communications including presentations, taking points, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office platforms: PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint
  • Familiarity with change management principles
  • Experience in working with a global cross functional team
  • Willingness to travel to North America locations (Eastover, SC, Ticonderoga, NY and Memphis, TN) as required as well as globally (Europe or Brazil) with notice.
  • Ability to balance multiple requests and know when to ask for clarification and assistance

Responsibilities

  • Communication and Change Enablement
  • Create and maintain clear, visually engaging communications (slides, newsletters, one-pagers, intranet updates) to support awareness, understanding, and adoption.
  • Develop comprehensive global program SharePoint sites alongside program teams for overviews, messaging, materials and sustain references.
  • Translate technical or complex information into clear, audience-appropriate messaging
  • Support change management planning and execution, including stakeholder. engagement, communication sequencing, and readiness activities.
  • Training and Documentation
  • Develop and maintain user-facing documentation, FAQs, quick reference guides, and other materials supporting new process or technology adoption.
  • Coordinate with initiative teams to support tasks related to training needs and rollout timing.
  • Help gather and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve enablement materials.
  • Support various team members with data tasks, including collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and identifying trends for action and insight.
  • Transformation Enablement
  • Partner with digital transformation leadership to develop executive-level presentations, progress updates, and storytelling materials for steering committees, sponsors, and leadership audiences.
  • Work closely with transformation program managers, initiative owners, and change team to ensure consistent communication and storytelling across programs.
  • Contribute to the overall maturity of the digital transformation enablement framework, templates, and communication standards.
  • Support the coordination of initiative communications and enablement deliverables to ensure alignment across transformation programs.
  • Track and consolidate initiative metrics, milestones, and key accomplishments for reporting and communications.
  • Coordination of transformation for program level mill visits and team travel logistics.
