We are seeking a Summer Intern to join our Digital Transformation, AI team to develop agents to support the roadmap for creation of an Autonomous Agent for part failure analysis process. The intern will contribute to the development of individual AI agents that enable the AR Manager to retrieve relevant case data, gather historical failure data, and validate information accuracy.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, validation, and prototyping.
  • Experience or strong interest in building AI/LLM‑based agents and prompt‑driven workflows.
  • Familiarity with LLMs and agent concepts (tools, orchestration, reasoning steps).
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to edge cases and failure modes.
  • Clear documentation and communication skills.
  • Requires less than 1 year of related experience

Responsibilities

  • Support the design, development, and validation of a specific AR Manager AI agent that automates parts of the AR intake, analysis, and decision workflow.
  • Build and iterate on agent logic and prompts, including testing agent behavior against real AR data and defined acceptance criteria.
  • Assist with data preparation, feature validation, and output evaluation to ensure reliable and explainable agent behavior.
  • Develop lightweight prototypes, scripts, or agent workflows (under guidance) to accelerate agent readiness.
  • Document agent behavior, edge cases, and validation findings to support UAT and stakeholder reviews.
