Under the direction of the Supervisor, Mobile Marketing & E-Commerce, the Digital Testing & Personalization Specialist develops and supports digital testing and personalization strategies for our Mobile Applications and Short Message Service (SMS) channels. This role is responsible for executing, managing, and optimizing marketing and messaging campaigns, in addition to driving learnings, insights, and recommendations based on user behavior and testing outcomes. This role is a key position on the Mobile & E-Commerce team that will work collaboratively and independently to ensure Mobile marketing initiatives and messages are executed strategically, efficiently, and timely, while producing positive casino revenue. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Creates, executes, monitors, tests, and reports on Application (App) and SMS engagement campaigns and corresponding personalized communication strategies. 2. Works collaboratively with Mobile & E-Commerce team, other internal departments, and third-party vendors to develop and execute campaigns. This includes gathering creative assets, target lists, and campaign approvals, while ensuring timely execution. 3. Uses Statistical Analysis System (SAS) and third-party reporting tools to examine engagement metrics and segments performance to optimize channels and campaigns. Utilizes Microsoft Power BI to create dynamic visual dashboards. 4. Maintains App and SMS Messaging and marketing campaign calendars to ensure leadership is aligned and deadlines are met. 5. Presents complex information, strategy, and recommendations clearly and succinctly. 6. Monitors product and industry standards and develop testing benchmarks to ensure App and SMS strategies are Best in Class. 7. Monitors campaign tracking and performance tests, to ensure optimal performance, personalization, and user journey. 8. Works with developers and stakeholders to optimize digital experiences for guests. 9. Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field required. Minimum two (2) years of experience in multiple communication and marketing channels including direct mail, e-mail, mobile, digital advertising, sales, digital/social gaming, relationship marketing or social media required. Related, relevant, and/or direct experience may be considered in lieu of minimum educational requirements indicated above. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSA) Collaborative, Nimble, High-Volume, Curious and Data Focused Marketer. Technical proficiency and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Possess excellent oral and written communication skills; strong client interface and presentation skills are preferred. Demonstrated ability to drive toward results. Problem-solver, multitasker, able to work independently to meet deadlines. Strong strategic thinking, creative problem solving and analytical skills. Possesses the ability to communicate change effectively, overcomes resistance and builds commitment. LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS AND REGISTRATIONS At the discretion of the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission, you may be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license. No Driving Responsibilities: Role does not require a driver’s license or insurance. Mobility sufficient to safely move in an office environment, walk, stoop, bend and kneel, and enter, exit and operate a motor vehicle in the course of travel to promotional events, meetings, conferences, trade shows and San Manuel properties. Endurance sufficient to sit, walk and stand for extended periods, and maintain efficiency throughout the entire work shift and during extended work hours.
