Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years in roles such as business analyst, project coordinator, business manager, or executive support, with exposure to IT operations.
  • Knowledge of software development processes (Agile and Waterfall) and portfolio management principles.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills; foundational accounting knowledge.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar tracking platforms.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional meetings, manage agendas, and develop materials.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and follow-through skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration across multiple teams.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end DTS portfolio reporting, ensuring accurate visibility into project status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level reporting that highlight delivery health and strategic alignment.
  • Partner with functional leaders and teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, time tracking, and resource allocation.
  • Organize and facilitate portfolio governance routines such as quarterly planning, prioritization, and investment reviews.
  • Drive cross-functional discussions on dependencies, new demand, and strategic priorities.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, narratives, and briefing materials for executive audiences.
  • Act as operations lead for the Chief Digital Information Officer, supporting planning meetings, team cadences, and administrative tasks.
