This role offers early-career professionals the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple Digital Technology domains, supporting real-world initiatives that enable engineering, manufacturing, data, and enterprise solutions. As a Co-Op, you will work alongside experienced DT professionals and contribute to projects that may include software development, data analytics, digital engineering tools, automation solutions, connected factory systems, cloud platforms, and process improvement initiatives. This is an opportunity to learn how digital capabilities support business operations at scale while building foundational technical and professional skills. Candidate must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment.

Requirements

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
• U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access certain necessary systems or sites.

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to Agile methodologies or structured project environments
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), data tools, or engineering software systems
• Experience with Git or other version control tools
• Academic or project experience

Responsibilities

• Support development, testing, and maintenance of digital solutions across various DT domains
• Assist with software development, automation scripts, data analysis, dashboards, or system configurations depending on assignment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement efforts
• Participate in team ceremonies and project reviews within an Agile or structured delivery framework
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and process standardization activities
• Learn and apply best practices in version control, cybersecurity awareness, data integrity, and system reliability
• Engage in professional development activities within the PR DTC community
