About The Position

Utah First Credit Union is seeking to add a full-time (40-hours a week) Digital Support Specialist to the team at our downtown Salt Lake City, UT office. This individual provides exceptional service and strives to improve our customers' financial lives by cross-selling products and services as well as producing loans. The schedule for the Digital Support Specialist falls within these hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM and some Saturdays 9:00 AM- 3:00 PM. A Digital Support Specialist answers in-bound questions about transactions, loans, accounts and services of the credit union that come from home banking and our webpage. Employees respond to after-hours phone requests. Your superb customer service skills allow you to expertly answer questions from customers. You capture business by cross-selling credit union products and services that meet customer needs and improve their financial well-being. You also have the opportunity to interact with customers over the phone. In every interaction, you are sure to provide exceptional customer service. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 18-years-old or older
  • Customer service and financial services experience

Responsibilities
